Poem: Barnaregn

I wrote a poem the other day. With focus on alliteration in this one. It wasn't as difficult as I imagined to choose words that would fit in the context.

Droppa, dugga, ösa

stänka, skvätta, regna

plumsa i vattenpölar

plaska och hoppa

Bäst att vara barn

Organising the Halloween-party

Today, we, the "Halloween council", had our third or fourth meeting. This time, we discussed how we are going to organise "The Haunted Corridor".
We talked about who are going to do what, what material we needed, security.
So far, the planning has taken about 2-3 hours.

Creativity:

• Write poems and short stories

I have written poetry before. However, I haven't work so much with structure, alliteration, assonance and so on. The plan is to work on this a bit more, and develop language skills. My intention is to write in Swedish to begin with, and then I'll see if I can write some in English too.
Short stories, I haven't worked with so much before, so I'm taking the opportunity to do this now.

For this I don't really know what I want to achieve. To get a better condition, yes. And maybe to run a footrace. I will start exercising, and decide soon.

Service:

• Sewing and knitting clothes, which we'll send to Russia(?)
• Planning and arranging the Halloween-party
• Helping out at church's kids camp

Me and some friends have decided to make and send clothes to Russia. We probably have one or two contacts, who can help us with this.
